SURABAYA,Jurnal9.tv.Ratusan buruh yang tergabung dalam Serikat Buruh Muslimin Indonesia (Sarbumusi) Sidoarjo menggelar aksi demo di depan Gedung Negara Grahadi(11/08 Siang) . Aksi unjuk rasa dijaga ratusan personel polisi.
Aksi Sarbumusi menuntut Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur melakukan tindakan atas PHK sepihak yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan tempat mereka bekerja. Serta mengawal proses hukum anggota Sarbumusi yang dikriminalisasi oleh perusahaan.
Ketua DPC Sarbumusi Kujairi mengatakan ada sekitar 450 buruh di Kabupaten Sidoarjo telah menjadi korban Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja ( PHK ), ia berharap para buruh dapat bekerja kembali dan mendapatkan penghidupan layak serta berharap kepada Gubernur Jawa Timur dapat memberikan bantuan terhadap korban PHK.
“Kami meminta kepada semua pihak. Khususnya, pemangku kebijakan dan pihak terkait lainnya, untuk membantu hak-hak para buruh dapat terlindungi dan dipenuhi, kami telah berupaya menempuh proses hukum. Salah satunya melaporkan kepada Disnaker Provinsi Jatim. Akan tetapi prosesnya terkesan berjalan lambat,” keluhnya
Disamping itu juga ada tindakan kriminalisasi kepada anggota sarbumusi yang sedang memerjuangkan haknya atas dugaan tindakan pidana pasal 335 KUHP yang perlu disikapi.
“Buruh menuntut haknya namun dikriminalisasi oleh perusahaan dengan melaporkan ke kepolisian, tandas Kujairi.
Sementara saat menemui para pendemo, Kepala Disnakertrans Jatim Himawan Estu Subagyo mengatakan tidak mempunyai kewenangan terkait PHK. Namun Disnakertrans Jatim akan memroses pelanggaran hukumnya yang bisa dipidanakan.
“Pola PHK itu kami tidak punya kewenangan,harus Kabupaten setempat. Tetapi prosedur PHK nya ini sebenarnya ada beberapa persoalan yang prosesnya tidak benar”, ungkap Kepala Disnakertrans Jatim. (ren)
