Pemerintah mengembalikan harga minyak goreng kemasan ke harga pasar.

Keluhan datang dari emak-emak, karena sehari-hari mereka berkutan dengan urusan dapur. Agar dapur tetap mengepul, berikut ini ada tips menghemat penggunaan minyak goreng yang bisa dilakukan para ibu.

  1. Goreng bahan masakan dengan minyak yang lebih sedikit.

Tuang lebih sedikit minyak ke penggorengan. Kemudian masak bahan dengan bertahap. hindari menggoreng sekaligus agar minyak tidak terpakai banyak dan cepat habis.

  1. Gunakan api kecil saat menggoreng

Menggunakan api kecil akan membantu agar minyak tetap bening. Suhu yang tinggi bisa mempercepat perubahan minyak menjadi menghitam. Menggunakan api kecil akan sedikit memperlambat waktu memasak, namun minyak goreng akan jadi lebih awet dan bisa digunakan berulang-ulang.

  1. Bersihkan minyak sebelum disimpan

Setelah menggunakan minyak goreng beberapa kali, kita bisa menyimpan minyak tersebut ke dalam wadah. Sebelum disimpan bersihkan minyak dengan cara menyaringnya. Kemudian endapkan terlebih dahulu. Simpan minyak ke dalam wadah baru dengan menyisakan endapan kotor. Selanjutnya minyak bisa digunakan kembali.

Minyak yang telah digunakan dan disimpan bisa digunakan kembali untuk memasak aneka tumisan. gunakan satu atau dua sendok minyak goreng untuk menumis.

Memperbanyak menu masakan rebus tidak hanya menghemat minyak goreng, tetapi juga bagus untuk kesehatan. karena terlalu banyak mengonsumsi minyak goreng dapat menyebabkan lemak menumpuk di dalam tubuh.
