Prokes di Asrama Haji Debarkasi Surabaya Jadi Rujukan Debarkasi Lainnya

Surabaya, Jurnal9.tv – Menjadi debarkasi yang menetapkan prokes dalam penerimaan jemaah haji, Debarkasi Surabaya menjadi rujukan bagi debarkasi lainnya di tanah air.

Hal ini diungkapkan oleh Budi Santoso sebagai Kepala Pelaksana BPBD Jatim. “Melihat pelaksanaan prokes di Surabaya, maka atas perintah Bapak Presiden serta BNPB, seluruh debarkasi akhirnya mengacu pada Surabaya. Jadi harus ada swab dan antigen,” ungkapnya.

Lebih lanjut ia sampaikan, penerapan prokes ini mengacu pada SE Kepala Satuan Tugas Penanganan Covid-19 Nomor 22 Tahun 2022 tentang Protokol Kesehatan Perjalanan Luar Negeri pada Masa Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19).
“Pelaksanaan prokes di asrama haji, kami mengacu pada SE 20 tahun 2022 itu. Dan sebelum kepulangan jemaah haji, Gubernur Jawa Timur Ibu Khofifah Indar Parawansa sudah memberikan arahan bahwa dalam masa kepulangan jemaah haji di Jawa Timur agar diterapkan protokol kesehatan untuk mencegah peningkatan penularan Covid-19,”imbuhnya.

Budi Santoso menceritakan bahwa upaya penerapan prokes dimulai sejak jemaah tiba di bandara.
“Masker sebagai salah satu pelindung jemaah dari bakteri dan virus, diberikan kepada jemaah saat tiba di bandara. Sudah lebih dari 9 jam, sudah sebaiknya masker diganti. Dan dari tim dari BPBD, sebanyak 5 orang ke bandara untuk membagikan masker,” ungkapnya.

Ia menambahkan, selama di Asrama Haji Debarkasi Surabaya juga ada pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan untuk mencegah peningkatan penularan Covid-19
“Jadi ruangan penerimaan jemaah disemprot dulu biar steril sebelum dipakai. Lalu kami siapkan masker untuk jemaah jika diperlukan lagi. Dan selanjutnya jemaah akan mengikuti prosedur berikutnya, yaitu skrining suhu tubuh dilanjutkan test swab atau PCR,” tuturnya.

Selain itu, tambah Budi Santoso pada bus yang dipakai oleh jemaah, juga dilakukan sterilisasi. “Termasuk bagasi jemaah serta perlengkapan yang dipakai oleh jemaah misalnya kursi roda,” imbuhnya.

Dan terkait dengan tatalaksana pada jemaah yang terkonfirmasi positif covid, Budi menyampaikan ada penanganan tersendiri.
“Jemaah yang positif dapat kembali ke daerah dengan pengantaran khusus oleh pemprov. Sesuai perintah Bu Gubernur harus diantar oleh pemprov. Dan kita siapkan kendaraannya,” tegasnya.

Ia mengatakan, pengantaran khusus ini sengaja tidak menggunakan ambulan, untuk menjaga kondisi psikologis masyarakat sekitar.

“Biar tidak kaget orang -orang. Makanya, pengantaran khusus ini kita memakai mobil biasa, bukan ambulance,” tuturnya.

Lebih lanjut ia juga menerangkan bahwa pengantaran ini dilakukan untuk memastikan jemaah tiba dan dapat melakukan isoman atau isoter dibawah pengawasan Dinas Kesehatan, serta TNI dan Polri setempat.(ah/snm)
